What’s new in 1.10

CRM Connector

As part of this release, we’ve built a CRM Connector extension to Amplify. It enables the possibility to get access to CRM account informations such as name, profession and other details that might be stored on your CRM accounts.

With that setup, you can personalise the messaging in your conversations by using the CRM account values directly in messages or condition nodes.

Improved import and reimport flows

When importing an eDetailer zip to a self-detailer amp in Amplify, you now have the option to choose the specific slides you want to built conversations for.

That way you can keep your conversation builder clean without having to scroll through a list of many slides that doesn’t even need a chatbot conversation. But if you later on need a conversation on a slide that you didn’t select in the import flow, then you can always create a new conversation and choose the needed slide to start building a conversation for it.

Other notable improvements

  • The "To current date" date range filter on the Amp Insights page now adapts the graph's date intervals to reflect how long the amp has been live. This change aims to provide more usable insights.

  • In the release we’ve included improvements to selecting sub nodes (such as buttons in a question node), where it previously shifted the focus to the center of the question node instead of the selected sub button node.
