Custom date range filter in Insights

On Amp Insights it’s now possible to select a custom date range for the shown insights. Simply choose the “Custom date range” option in the date filter dropdown and a date-picker will show up. After selecting the preferred date range and clicking “Apply” the insights page will show data for the selected range.

Date filter presets in Insights

Together with the “Custom date range” option in the date filter, we’ve also updated the preset values in the date filter. It now has options to get data for the following date ranges:

• Last 7 days

• To current date (shows all recorded insights data)

• This month

• Last month

• This quarter

• Last quarter

• This year

• Last year

The preset options will only be visible if there’s data to show in the specific date range. So, a newly created and published Amp will not have the option of “Last year”, as no insights data was collected last year.

Other notable improvements

• Improved styling of “Custom script” section in the Amp settings popover for eDetail Amps.

• Improved layout and styling of embed popover for eDetail Amps.
