What’s new in 1.4

Compact Nudge

When a new conversation is triggered on a website, the chatbot would show up in the full view and automatically start the conversation. This release, however, includes the possibility to configure a conversation in a web amp to nudge the user about a new conversation.

This can be enabled individually in conversation trigger configurations, where the nudge message can also be changed, and the setting is enabled by default.

Other notable improvements

• Various fixes and improvements to the newly released review document (such as proper page numbers on the first overview page, individual height of each page in the pdf based on the contents, and minor styling modifications).

• The name of the used plugin is now rendered on the node on the builder page, making it easier to identify which plugin is used.

• We’ve added a “Regenerate” button in the popover for the review document, so a user can choose to regenerate the document after making changes to the amp.

• Some improvements has been made to the user experience when being added and removed from an organisation.

• When a self-detailer is opened from a web amp experience, the scroll on the website behind the self-detailer is now locked. This ensures that the user comes back to where they previously were on the website, instead of having accidentally scrolled to the bottom of the page.
